My first properly created thread! Look at that!
I've decided to jump on board this review business. I have a review website of my own which is neither decent nor updated, so I really would like to have a reason to write more frequently.
Comments are welcome, as are criticisms, muffins and so on.
The rating system is a reasonably simple setup, inspired by of decades ridiculously poor filmmaking. This is done so under the pretense that most movies have more flaws than they do redeeming qualities, thus singling out those that have genuine quality that much more. Films are rated on the basis of how bad they are, for example:
"10 Suck out of 10" would be considered beyond an abomination, and so on, down to 1
Also, BEWARE OF SPOILERS. I tend to write reviews with consideration to only those who have already seen the movie.
