As a continuation from Movie Tab II, here's a thread to discuss interpretations of said film. Personally, i think he was dead to begin with, the train was taking him to purgatory and he's guided through, but when he's shot, it makes me think that that kills him and the rest is the afterlife. Of course, it could all be set in "our world" who knows and he's a wondering spirit. I think Nobody and Cole's final bit signifies 'good' cancelling out 'evil', and the tobacco references are about an offering to God. As for Johnny Depp being named after William Blake, i think it's just a simply a shared name as the poet Blake writes about Native Americans (i think). Anyway, discuss, i'm open to any other theories as i'm still pondering, may need to watch again.
