Posted at July 28, 2012, 7:23 pm: Here is a preview written by a friend of mine for Herbie. The most popular teen queen is set to release a new movie in a few days. Somehow, many expect that it will be a failure, although LL has already proven her enormously big acting talent. Are those negatives based on facts or do they just want to see her down because of their own dislike for Lindz? "Everyone throws stones at the tree that has fruit" is what are we advised by an old saying. Lindsay is successful in a way that no other teen-queen is and that's the reason for which she's judged most harshly from all. LL can make a movie invaluable all by herself, but she was never stealing the spotlight from her co-stars; unlike other arrogant rivals, she is a very tolerant person. Taking a detailed look at LL's co-stars in this picture, the list is quite impressive, although there is one person that is a complete mystery to me - Justin Long. My first impressions from him will be gathered after I see the forthcoming movie. As for the "Road Trip" and "Garfield" star Breckin Meyer, he has always been from the type of actors that were never media-darlings, but done their job with professionalism and desire. How about Michael Keaton? His onscreen charisma is amazing. Although "his Batman" was rated less impressive from all series, don't let that fool you. Just like Lindsay, he had to play different characters in one movie: "Multiplicity", where he co-starred with Andie MacDowell. He played four types of his character, three of which were dumb and dumber. The fourth and last copy was a total idiot; he brag half of the fun in this movie. I think that's nuff said that LL and Herbie are not going to shine on their own here. Now going to the bad guy, Matt Dillon has always been an ideal actor to play the role of a "cool high-school leader", the kind of guy with whom everyone conforms with. His hard macho looks would be enough to recognize him as the evil one. Still, he'll make sure not to stay in Lindsay's shadow and just being "Maggie Peyton's evil opponent". You can count on it, because he wouldn't have been popular if he was from the "stereotypic" actors. Now moving on to the two stars which will undoubtedly have most eyes on them - Lindsay and Herbie. Even with all the talent that surrounds them, they have to be most impressive, since they're in the lead roles. Taking credit Lindsay always pushes herself to the limits, you can bet on her forthcoming (and consecutive) success. When it comes to such characters as Herbie, they always impress more than one actor can, because they have the hard work of many people behind 'em. Trust me, all the mechanics and (specially) computer graphic designers haven't twiddled their thumbs waiting for the work to be completed on its own! In the "backstage" of the movie world, the competition is even tougher than amongst the actors. Simply cause of the less requirements - if you fall asleep today, tomorrow someone more ambitious is going to substitute you. So the people behind Herbie never have the option to fail Same as in the other two successful movies with LL in the lead role ("Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday"), this movie will rock yeah because of the hard work put up from the entire cast. As Lindsay says: "There are no small parts, only small actors". She was never surrounded by small actors and that's the catalyst to her success. Therefore, we can just lay back and enjoy the movie when it comes out. The negative audience towards "Herbie: Fully Loaded" laughs now, but we, the true fans, will be the ones who'll laugh last.
