My nominee for underrated actress of the week...Marisa Tomei. Maybe not underrated but under utilized. And without the recognition of other equal or lesser talents. She won an oscar in 92 for My Cousin Vinnie but never really became a marquee star IMO.
I've always been impressed with Tomei's work (she was terrific in In the Bedroom in a supporting role...and received an oscar nom). So my hope is she's given the lead in a quality, successful movie and gets the recognition she deserves.
