Anyone else pissed off with their online rental company? Mine (lovefilm) has recieved all three of the dvds I sent back, but not sent anymore back! Last week they only sent out one and the rest two days after they were received back. This is the worst service I have had with a dvd rental service. When I complained they sent me an automated message about their 'Fair Use' policy, which basically means the more dvds you rent, the fewer they send you, (to stop anyone getting value for their money, I suppose) which I don't think answers the question anyway

So, should I quit now (with 2 weeks paid for up until the end of the month), quit later, or stick it out? Are other rental firms as bad, or can anyone recommend any better? I think I might join screenselect instead. I googled for other firms but some have very poor choice, I might as well go to the video rental shop on the corner..

Any thoughts?
