so my guitar forum buds, this isnt exactly guitar related, but it is.

My boss is being a complete jerk, he doesnt schedual me, i get less then 4hrs a week lately, he emails me bitching at me for not comming into work when he never told me to come in/never put me on any sort of schedual. I need money to pay off my guitar and to buy more guitars and guitar related things. But should i quit and then find a new job (hes pissing me off to the point where my father and family are all tellign me to give him my 2 weeks) or should i stick with it till i get a new job?

the pros of the job are...
discounts on ANYTHING sound related(its a audio/lighting contracting company)
some cool guys work there

cons...
my boss is a jerk
the hours suck
there are 2 guys there that make me want to kill myself, they are sooooo stupid
getting yelled at for no reason
back breaking work
late nights
weird *** people
on occasion working mroe then 20hrs at a time..and having to deduct for breaks even if your not alloud to take them

discuss please, i need some input from people that dont exactly know me i guess
