Well i just started putting my rig together and i am running a Avatar 410 cab with 900 watts at 8ohms bridged into it, and i dont get any hum at all, thats until i hooked up my sansamp. I had never owned a sansamp before but since i kept hearing good things about them i decided to give one a try for myself and i have to say this thing can recreate some of the best tube sounds i have ever heard. But my problem is that since i hooked up the sansamp i been getting some hum coming from my amp and when i turn the volume or drive knob i get a really weird phasing style of hum, is this natural? Its not very loud unless i have my poweramp up really loud. I like the sound of a bass being mic'ed so i am kind of thinking that the hum could be loud.

Here is my setup and hooked up in this order
MIA Fender Jazz Deluxe
Sansamp BDDI Programmable
1200 Watt Samson SX1200 Bridged 900 watts at 8 ohms

I bought it from AMS and i dont know if i should send it back.
Please clue me in.
