Hey everyone. What are your opinions of Roy Hargrove and his band, The RH Factor? I have recently been checking out his stuff, a few tracks with him and Christian McBride which is amazing and The RH Factor's new album Hard Groove. I dig it all to be honest, i really appreciate the hip-hop/soul/jazz/funk blend they have going on. I really enjoyed it!

What are everyone's thoughts and opinions of him/them? Please discuss, and if you have never heard the band, you can find info and sounds on verve's site and amazon.
