When you graduate, do employers look at all your modules or just your degree final grade?

I am considering dropping a fairly important module (topic) for one that isn't as important but I know I'll get a better grade in the less-important one. If employers look at all your modules, they may not be impressed I dropped a fairly important one but if they just look at my final grade for my degree (i.e. 1st Class, 2nd Class, etc) I should be ok.

Anyone got any info on this?
