you're school may have disabled command prompt. You can either access it by entering the windows system32 folder, or doing the cntrl+alt+delete >run >command method.

command line(disregard the quotage):

C:\ net user "yournewusername" "yourpassword" /ADD

and there. You have an extra account. Be sure to throw in the domain name somewhere if you're on a specific domain.
