This is a pretty standard issue. Separation of church and state. But I think this issue is even more important in a world where this is so prevalant. Its obvious that many of the troubles in the middle east stem from religion. So why should the United States get into the mix? President Bush as taken the side of Christianity, and claimed that many of his actions are handed down from God. I give the story of a man who took a stand against this, and in some ways, paid the price, in others made a lasting point that hopefully many will follow suit in.
