Anyone who buys or hold stocks and follows or watches CNBC cable network Morning call would have heard the dish on this the day it was announced that it was a take over by way of buying up all the outstanding stock shares one little blurb very early morning but never expanded on as scheduled for later in the day why? anyhow here is a link to another article that tell us we can do something to stop ot stall the take over .
