Okay, yeah I'm new, yeah I read the rules. Anybody has any hints or suggestions about anything other the the art work please be nice. As for the art work... have a ball.

Yes, this for seriously is the best I can do. I referenced photos for both, which i find perfectly acceptable if I can find the pose i want.

They look very comic book-y because, well, for one they're of a comic book character, and for two I started out studying comic books, so I am at a natural disadvantage.

The first is the "Real", my own portrayal of the X-Men Character Callisto when she first appeared in the 1980's. The face looks wierd because it came out of my head.


The second is the "Reel", Callisto as portrayed in X3: The Last Stand. I used to actresses face.

I have colored versions of each, but they aren't finished. I would like more critique on my form anyway. I personally think My drawings are always very flat. >_<
