Hello everyone, I've never tried this before, but my folder is desperatley lacking environments.

So I stuck a load of photos together and started painting over it with browns to try and dull and unify the colours. I'm hoping to sort out the lighting next and then put some colour back into it. This is how far I've got so far, but it's difficult to proceed when I'm constantly wondering if I've already gotton this all wrong. Is what I've done so far the right thing to do? I don't know...

I could really do with a second opinion from someone who knows what they're doing.

Here's the picture so far.... Please don't spare my feelings. I really need to know.
