Ok so my band recorded tonight using our 4-track tape recorder, and things actually kinda went not so well lol

They came out OK, but nothing we'd wanna hand out on a CD which is what we plan to use them for at our next show, so next Tuesday we're going to re-record all of our songs and hope they come out better.

The MAIN problem is the distortion on the low-end (not the distortion as in the effect, as in the sound gets jacked up) and the bass track was recorded using D.I. from his amp, and something went wrong lol so it's basically almost totally cut out, we'll fix that next week.

I'm glad though that the drum tracks came out sounding ok with just one mic, even the bass drum is audible! China's sustain is cut short though, not sure why, oh well.
For fun I might re-upload one of our songs with just the drum track.
YAY.

We did our own "Gang vocals" by having the 4 of us shout the words "How far would you go for your pride" (Key line ) in "Punchout", all by leaning towards our individual mic lol
