I've heard that it can somewhat alter your tone depending on the order of how you hook up your pedals.

Anyway I have a monster cable going from my mesa boogie head to the first pedal and a monster cable from my last pedal to my guitar.

these are the pedals im using right now

Fender pt 100 tuning pedal, Boss Ch-1 Chorus Pedal, Boss Sd-1 Super OverDrive(only use this when I want to give my clean channel a bit of roughness not for my overdrive channel)

I hook the pedals up together with very small cables

I'm using a Mesa Rectifier head (just incase)
