Im a male 19yo 5'9 175 lbs. I definatly want to lose about 15 to 20 lbs then im good. So looking at this site i typed in my age height and weight then calculate and i got 1909 calories. If i want to lose more weight i have to subtract 500 off this number to make it 1409 and eat this much and excercise is that right? I burn 600 to 630 calories everyday on the elliptical everyday for half an hour.
