I just got back from a gig at school... two saxaphones, a pianist, and me we playing some jazz trio stuff. I was wearing a fat suit (as a pizza chef). The suit made it incredibly fun to play, trying to cover up my many mistakes I discovered the ultimate way to cover up mistakes live... Just laugh it off, or play with a huge smile on your face. If you look confident, people will think you know what you're doing.
