Right, with my Warwick Thumb on the way, me feels that im going to need a little amp upgrade so that jamming with my drummer doesnt involve placing the amp facing him next to his seat (25watt peavey micro bass)

so, lets say i theoretically have 500 GBP (i dont, but im working my way there)

any head and cabinet ideas? should i get a combo or a seperate set? At the moment im looking at the Laney R5 Richter combo, maybe plus the 15 inch cab to go with it. Good idea? bad idea? any ideas?
