my lead singer is a bit of a twat. he cant sing, but thinks he can, and just is an *** in general

to prove this, here is what he has done:

as a band, we have been together for 3 or 4 months, but never practise. he booked us a practise venue, which is a small live venue in my town, for this evening.

i have just found out he has invited half the town, and we are nowhere near ready to perform...

twat.

so, what should i do?
not turn up, or just turn up and make up drum parts as i go along?
