Posted at August 25, 2016, 9:13 pm: Alright I already did this on A/I but I might as well do it here as well I'm sure most of you know me, but I'll give a quick introduction. My name is Amanda, I'm from Canada, I'm a sophomore doing a double major in American Studies and History. I play guitar, bass and a few random instruments but mainly those two. Favourite bands are the Smiths, Billy Bragg, Pulp, and the Beatles. I like the Ottawa Senators, that's the only sport I follow. I post a lot on the internet whenever I'm not doing school work Alright, now that that is over with. I am your new moderator, it's nice to be here. I love the pit despite all of its flaws, I can't wait to help make it a better place. You already have a set of great mods but one more can't hurt. I could ask you to avoid making stupid threads or posts, but that usually doesn't work. I'm sure many of you are already familiar with my posting style, I'll try to tone it down a little but basically I want to remain the same user I've always been. I'll take most of what you say to heart. I am quite aware that there are a number of popular and powerful users here who despise me, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles.
