Well, this is going to hopefully be a fairly simple thread. In this thread, you write a synopsis of the ways you use mx and where you visit mx. Also, you can throw in how you feel you're perceived by other mxers. Anyhow, I guess I'll start off:

Threadstarting:

To be quite honest, I rarely start threads on here. At first, I made really stupid poll type threads (See thread of personal mx memerebeillia (sp?) for some of them). As of late, however, I've started some serious threads. That's not to mean that silly stuff does not ever happen in them, but it is usually unintentional. Also, threads I start rarely go on to more than 100 posts. Notable exceptions are the NASCAR thread and my infamous failure of Adopt a Newbie 2.0.

Posting Style

I generally make concise posts and try to be a decent person. Yes, I flame some obvious idiots or if I'm joking, but I'm a generally easygoing guy on here. I also tend to be a bit wordy, often adding in too much information about a simple question.

Locations Found

I started mainly in the guitar thread. For some reason, I worked my way into the Pit and very rarely leave now. CD Reviews used to be one of my areas with the old format of doing them. Even though I was one of the more political mxers before the subforums were developed, I did not go in there very much because as DBJ says, it's "full of Commie BS." (Actually, I got sick of a lot of people who usually posted that kind of stuff, and just never followed the threads over there). I sometimes post in A/I and the guitar forums plus the mxtabs site forum.

Perceived Perception

A lot of people think I'm stuck in the old times of mx, and they are quite right. I think I'm seen as one of the people who's always been around, but hasn't made enough of an impact to become famous in any way. Sort of like Gerald Ford in a way. I think a lot of people view me as a stick in the mud because I usually don't partake in blatant spam threads (and I get mad at blatant spammers). Some probably see me as a forum nice-guy (or whimp) considering I try to avoid most (not all) flaming and usually don't swear. That's all unless you don't have anything to add.

Please don't spam this thread up like my Adoption thread. You don't have to follow the above format, but try to put some thought in your responses for once, mx
