There's been something that's been making me curious. The Peavey XXX and the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier both have 4 6L6 power tubes, but the XXX is rated at 120 watts the Recto is rated at only 100. What's the deal with that, how can they do that, or is there and actual percieved power/volume difference.
