Right so i was walking home from college and lately i haven't been feeling to hot. I started coughing and hocked up a huge phlegm ball (sorry for the detail but it's needed) so instead of swallowing it i looked for the nearest GRID and spat it down the grid thinking nothing of it.
So i carried on walking then one of those police wannabe community wardens stops me and says that what i just did counts as littering or whatever even though it was DOWN A GRID!! and he took all my details and i'm getting a formal warning through the post even though all i did was spit some phlegm down a grid! it wasn't even the pavememt or anything!
