So I have just begun reading Neil Pearts book Ghost Rider and an thoroughly amazed at both his writing talent, and his strength as a human being along with his obvious gift with music. The book is about his journey on his BMW motorcycle across North America as he tries to find himself after the death of his wife and only daughter in the last 10 months. Just the fact that he describes that he really has no will to live, and yet he struggles to stay alive regardless of the pain he's in. Take that emo kids.

On top of that, the book is brilliantly written. It's no wonder that he was the main lyricist for Rush all those years. So basically I've really found someone to look up to. He's the musician and person I've been striving to be. So yeah, I just thought I'd share that. Comment accordingly.
