I hear about people talking about soloing in scale a lot but i m not sure what it means Does it mean you are sticking to one scale but simply aligning your hand in different posisitions on the fretboard and can you give me examples of this?

Soloing in a scale is just playing the notes from a scale in any order...

If we take a chord progression of C F G ( I IV V) and then to solo ...
