Been 3.5 years since I did anything in oils, so it was great to pick up the brush again.
Started work today, about 4 hrs so far. There's some glaring issues at the moment (eyes<->bridge distances, jaw), I'll try to spend most of tomorrow on it, at least for as long as the light is right. Next time I think I'll lay down the wash in acrylics, I can't get a handle of doing washes with oils, although I could do with a bigger brush. And next time I'll think more about the layout.
