hi,
im a beginner at the guitar and at the moment i only have an accustic guitar. so i wanna buy an electric. the music i want to play belong to different genres. i wanna play punk but i also wanna play things like ac/dc and a little bit metal. i thought about a fender mexican stratocaster, but i heard some say, single coil pickups wouldn't be good and humbuckers were better. so what do u think about special editions that have single coils AND humbuckers? http://www.musicstore.de/de/E-Gitarren/3_42_GEGIT_29_GIT0007841-000/0/0/0/detail/musicstore.html
thats an example. it has 1x Humbucker (Bridge) and 1x Singlecoil (Neck).

You probably DO want a humbucker in there.

they're both ugly and not as practical as other strats I'd suggest ...

Honnestly, I'd go for a regular american made Fender Stratocaster.

Iron Maiden uses hotrails and regular humbucekrs in place of the singl...
