I barely ever dream, and I don't know why! It's really annoying, because I have discovered that 90% of the time that I am dreaming, I know that I am, so I can do what I want. The problem is I never dream, or I just don't remember. Does anyone know of any foods or drinks that enhance or increase the chance of dreams?
