Posted at February 26, 2016, 7:31 pm: This Friday I was at this party/get together with some fellow co-workers where I work part time. Nothing fancy, just some food and dancing at some banquet hall. I had a few drinks, wasn't really drunk or anything as I'm not a heavy drinker, but I refused to drive. I stayed longer than most of my friends so a ride was not available. Besides, my house was only a 20 minute walk away. As I passed two blocks there was a pickup truck where I heard some arguing. As I approached there was this big macho guy hitting a young girl. He was slapping her around and stuff... not too rough but abuse is abuse. I walked in at told the guy to relax... I'm not really built or anything so fighting this guy was out of the question. He told me to mind my ****ing business and jabbed me on the forehead, and then again on my cheek. I don't know what happened then, but I was on the ground and the pickup truck left. The girl was there crying and offered to call an ambulance. She was hugging me and stuff and kept thanking me. I couldn't really talk and my mouth was all muffled. The girl walked me home and said she could get her brother to pick her up. She was very grateful, and gave me a big hug before she left for the car. She gave me her number and said if I ever needed anything I should let her know. Back to me... from what I can remember, I was sorta crying when I lay down on the bed and fell asleep very quickly. The next morning I realized the jerk knocked out two of my teeth on the upper side, and a lower one was sorta dented. I went to the dentist and the procedure was pretty painful.. they used some vacum to collect the roots... ouchie. I also got some infenction, a minor one, and am on antibiotics. I felt really good afterwards, but the pain is still present. As you can see, my weekend sucked apart from the fact I learned this cool solo on Thursday. I really think it was worth it.
