Hello all. I was wondering which is the best way to pick. Ive started to use my wrist and can play 16ths at about 150 bpm. Then I tried using my elbow as the motion of picking and can pick way faster. I just can't play any songs like that but I guess its because of the fact that I have practiced any songs using that technique. So which way it the best?
