For all of you who recommended a Carvin last time, well, to put it short, I tested it in the store, it sounded beautiful, I ordered one online, and, after waiting for 3 months (woohoo, the waiting list was a hell lot longer, but whatever) it came. What a piece of ****. Fingerboard had 3 deep scratches, the pick-up was basically "falling out", and it had numeruos other defects. After getting a full refund, I have come back to you people at the Forum again. Ok. My current line up: a Fender American Made HSS Stratocaster, a Gibson Standard Les Paul, and a doctored Marshall MG-100 DFX. Right. I have saved up for the past 2 years for a new guitar and amp, and now I am putting out my options, and asking for your opinion.
