Hi,
My company sells used Restaurant Equipment, and most of the items must ship on a pallet. I am wondering if anyone knows of an auction management service/software that handles freight items? I was told CHannel Advisor Merchant can do it, but they are $1000 per month.

I used Marketworks in years past, and they seem to be having problems. They havent updated their software in 2+ years it seems, and i havent gotten a response to 4 emails and 2 voicemails that i have sent over the last week.

Using ebay's freight calculator only helps in that it gives the buyer a quote, it doesnt automatically put the $$$ amount into their Paypal payment, and it seems you have to call Freightquote.com to book the shipment.

I used to work for a company that was at one time one of the top 5 Business and Industrial sellers, and freight was always a huge problem. They seem to have solved it by using Channel Advisor Merchant, but there has to be an easier way.

Any help is appreciated.
