right now for my band i am using my one of my lead guitarists double stacks. in december i will have about $400-$500 to buy my own amp and i have no clue of what to buy. i'm looking into marshalls but i have no clue of which is good or not. ide like to know some good amps that are in that price range. thanx.

i'll play anything but my band is blackmetal/hardcore/metal.

There isnt really any Marshalls around that price range, only the MG's...

Possibly save up alittle for a Randall RG50TC or check out the Peavey ...

Randall RG50TC is the way to go.

$570 is kinda outa my price range.
