Ok heres a legitimate complaint
1. I have a narutofan plus account for the anime section. However one day I checked my acct and it had been turned into a automatically monthly Billing thing now, so I'm thinking.. uhh it didn't use to be that way, whats going on. So I try to find the cancel subscription button which all websites should have if they allow you to purchase a subscription.
2. There is no cancel subscription for the narutoplus accounts. (WHAT SITE DOES THAT? Thats pretty suspicious>> as I find out later why thats the case apparently.
3. I've filed 5 emails, 3 on the website link (WHICH WERE DELETED), 2 via the email found in the forums (NEVER REPLIED TO). This is over the span of 2 weeks
4. So, I'll just have to cancel my paypal account as this shithead and his bastard mods keep deleting my requests to cancel my subscription.
5. Anyone know of a way to complain or to right this OBVIOUS wrong
6. I am now blocked from the narutofan forums. I don't even have a way to voice this complaint other than another website
This whole experience is just sickening.
