My english teacher is obsessed with The Canterbury Tales...one of the tales is "The Lady of Bath". Basically, a knight rapes a woman and is sentenced to death unless he can find out what it is that women truely desire.

In the story, the answer is "sovereignty over her man".

My teacher assigned a project where we have to ask people what they think it is that women truely desire. So..what do you guys think it is? It doesn't matter if you're a male or a female..I just need opinions.
