I just finished reading DeathNote today and really enjoyed it. But one this had been bothering me. It seemed like there was one extra DeathNote by the time the second arc ended
There should have been these 3 notes
Ryuuku's Not
Rem's Not
Gelus's Not
Shidou's Note was taken back to the Shinigami world after the Mello raid
When they were in Japan again it seemed like there were 4 notes
