As the title says.

There are 2 possibilities at this stage: a character who has not been introduced yet, or someone we know, but has not been known to the public.

Some itch in the back of my head states it is the tournament announcer guy, but it doesn't seem likely, since whoever was on that cell seemed kind of meek.
