I am very careful to follow rules and policy and am still getting complaints. Ebay just shut down an auction of a purse and one of a briefcase siting phrases that described uses of these items. No lists of unrelated keywords in my ad - sentences that say things like "there is a large pocket big enough to hold your binder and paper", "zipper pocket holds pens and your cell phone", etc. I have complained back to them that my ad is all about my item and no words are used carelessly. I have had several unwarranted complaints lately that were lifted. I think there are a bunch of new people at ebay forwarding these complaints. Any suggestions on how to deal with ebay and on how to keep ads safe from removal?
