Alright, I guess notbody can help me with the reformatting thing, then how about this? I'm using Safe Mode right now, and if I don;t use Safe Mode (And use the Normal Mode) I goes to a blue screen saying

That happens from when the computer says welcome and has almost started loading the desktop, or when the desktop is fully loaded, also, heres some Technical Information about it
