Ok I have been working on a website using frames in DWMX2004, when testing the site out, i found that the bottom frame moves to the left, this only happens in IE and not Firefox. Can anyone shed any light to the cause of this issue. The image below should give u an idea of what im saying. Any help would be appreciated.
