The Grand Wizard Jen aZ Pinz of Corivan (Fantasy Book Concept Work


This is a recently finished concept piece I'm developing for a fantasy novel I'm working on with Repercutir (see her works on CA). Initially it started out purely as a pencil sketch. A number of people have been trying to entice me over to CG for some time (of which I have no experience and zero skills) suggesting I begin 'colorizing' some of my ink and pencil sketches. I didn't really think it was possible, without more or less totally repainting... but much to my surprise, I discovered with this first 'tinting' attempt (Paintshop Pro) that it's quite feasible to tint a pencil sketch. I'm satisfied with the results of this exercise and will certainly be tinting further works in this series
