Excuse me but hasn't it been pounded into our [PayPal sellers] heads that shipping to unconfirmed addresses is one of the first original PayPal sins? Now eBay is recommending we forget all we've been warned against and do it because they say so?

Where's the revised seller protection statement, then? Am I blowin' smoke or is this a legitimate concern?
