this is to be an african american women coming out of the sun..her armor will be bronze gold..before i take the trouble to do more painting...can anyone please help me with the propertions? i think something is wrong with the hands...the sketch is on a seperate layer so it is a little rough since i will use that to as a guide.

I would desaturate it a little.
when you say contrast do you mean to the highlights on her skin or on ...
i desaturated and blended the edges a bit more.
I like the texture on her (my left) leg - in the background.
