I have been using EBay for a few years now and find that smaller auction sites have better customer service.

I had a problem with EBay and it toke forever to get my account back up and running. Yesterday I had a problem with a smaller site(Ausbay) and they got back to me within the working day, on the same note a friend of mine had a account problem with (aussiebids) and the service again was quick and helpful.

Has anyone else found this to be true, it seems the bigger a site the smaller the customer service is??
