Chaosrocks

the city of shanghai desperate to rid themselves of the maurauding griffens hhired the ninja geishas to battle them. the ninja geisha were thought to be "different" perhaps not human. their hook like weapons were part of there arms and they always went veiled to hide their true nature

Hideyoshi

The bizarre creature interrupted its lethal furore for a moment when it heard the sounds of jet propulsion fire. A giant metallic griffon (gryphon) was ascending upon it preparing for a deadly attack.
The streets of Shanghai were to be shrouded in chaos and death soon...

Artiphats

Scrolls that had been lost for thousands of years have recently been unearthed by workers digging near Suzhou, just east of modern day Shanghai. One story tells of great battles between giant beasts of wonder, the most famous battles involving the mighty Gryphon. Here an artist depicts the tale of "Green Hook's Death". A menace to towns and villages for many decades, the monster finally met his end by the claws of the Gryphon. Once defeated, the story tells of the Gryphon devouring the body of his beaten foe, but carrying its head back to its nest, to keep as a prize.

Sundance

Mutated insects from the North Korean borderlands have migrated to the streets of Shanghi. The people have all fled the city streets to the bunkers below, but mystics have awoken their last defense...the fabled Gryphons.
