The Topic
Character with an over-the-top weapo
I'm going to make this a character design as well, so there's more depth to the concept than just the mechanical design of a weapon. "Over-the-top" can be interpreted several ways; the weapon might be far more powerful than necessary, oversized or excessively complicated, or maybe just something ridiculous that wouldn't normally be considered a weapon. Keep in mind that expression and personality are key to good character design, and ideally the weapon should help to further develop those traits
