Greetz. Might anyone be able to suggest some ways to help break habits, one of many being "petting" in lines, (Back and forth, back and forth.). Or perhaps some methods you might have used to escape comfort zones. . Any information would be appreciated, and i hope this thread might end up helping more than just a few people.

Perhaps, confess some problems and the hurdles you passed to help get yourself past the problem, it's all good!
