Hey, I've searched and couldn't come up with an answer...

I've been using NO-Xplode since 8/8/06, 5 days a week. My question is: do I need to cycle it now that I've been using it for 3 months? If so, can I take regular creatine while I'm not using NO xplode?

cycling any product really isnt a bad idea because if u are continuous...
