I am very picky about protein shakes.. I can't even drink ON's chocolate whey. The syntrax nectar cappuccino latte is awesome. It mixes completely with a spoon - no clumps whatsoever. I got no indigestion from it, and it tastes just like a cappuccino latte (well, something like you would expect nescafe to come out with). I am VERY pleased with it.. finally I have a whey I can tolerate PWO.
